While the investigation is currently ongoing, based on the CCTV footage and witness statements, Spanish police officers have revealed that both incidents are accidental.
Ibiza Rocks Hotel Cancelled Public Events
With the two major incidents, the hotel management has decided to cancel all public events that included music events and pool parties. They have released a statement that they are ready to give full support to the victims’ families and help in the investigation.
Even the UK government has asked tourists visiting this hotel to be cautious. According to Travel And Tour World, these incidents reminded us of the dangerous “balconing” trend. At this time, people used to jump from the balcony under the influence of alcohol. However, there’s no confirmation that the two youngsters fell from the balcony on their own. The hotel management is now taking strict action to ensure the safety of the visitors and prevent such tragic incidents in the future.
