SulaFest Cancelled For The First Time In 14 Years

India’s biggest vineyard music festival, SulaFest is cancelled for the first time in 14 years. The two-day annual festival is held every February at Sula Vineyards, the wine capital of India. But, unfortunately, the Founder and CEO of Sula Vineyards, Rajeev Samant informed our CTO, Kamiya Jani that the SulaFest 2021 stands cancelled. A year break will be taken as Sula Vineyards feel it isn’t right to host the fest when social distancing is the need of the hour. Samant apologizes to all SulaFest fans. But he promises that SulaFest will be back with a bang in the 2022.

SulaFest To Be Held In February 2021 Is Cancelled

During an exclusive interview with Curly Tales for #CTCares, Founder and CEO of Sula Vineyards, Rajeev Samant informs that SulaFest 2021 stands cancelled. This is the first time in 15 years that Sula Vineyards cancelled its coveted vineyard music festival.

Rajeev Samant states, “SulaFest has become one of the greatest weekend festivals in the country. And we are so proud of what we have done in the last 14 years. I’m sad to say that this year, this next year February 2021, we for the first time since we started out 15 years ago, will be taking a break from the Sula Fest.”

Samant points out, “We looked at everything. And this is going to be one of those years where people are going to be worried. SulaFest is crowded. That’s the joy of it. You’re in a great crowd with a fantastic bunch of people having a ball listening to some fantastic live music and enjoying a glass of wine while sitting on the grass. We don’t feel that we can save plea offer this wonderful experience this year.”

SulaFest To Be Back With Much Dhoom-Dhaam In February 2022

He further, “So we just want to take a break for one year and will be back. We will be back with much dhoom-dhaam in February 2022. February 2021 is going to be a year where we take a break from SulaFest and I really want to apologize to all of our SulaFest fans out there for what’s gonna happen this year, but we do feel it’s the best thing to do. So I am announcing that for the first time on Curly Tales.”
