Taj Hotels To Vaccinate All Employees
As the coronavirus cases in India slowly witness a dip and the vaccinations witnesses a rise, the hope for the travel industry arrives again. With flights like SpiceJet and Vistara offering attractive monsoon discounts, the travel industry slowly gears to pick up. To ensure a safe experience for guests, Taj Hotel is currently on a drive to vaccinate all its employees. According to Hindustan Times, General Manager, Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra, Rahul Joshi informed that IHCL Hotels as part of Tajness – A Commitment Restrengthened has undertaken a range of initiatives to assure a safe and smooth experience for patrons. He revealed that all their staff members are vaccinated against Covid.

Vaccination Drives In Hotels Build Confidence Among Guests
The vaccination drive has also made guests confident and the rise in booking and hotel queries is testimony to this fact. Gaurav Pokhariyal, Senior Vice President and Global Head – Human Resources of IHCL spoke to ETHospitalityWorld. He revealed to the news agency that IHCL worked closely with Tata Group for vaccination. IHCL was able to vaccinate all their associates and employees in Delhi NCR. They then proceeded to have a similar vaccination drive in Mumbai and a regional collaboration in Bengaluru. Hotels have been actively working in disinfecting glass windows, reception desk and including digitised payment.
