The Himalayas are a range of mountains in Asia. The majestic mountains look absolutely gorgeous from every part of the world from which they can be seen. The Himalayan range divides the Tibetan Plateau from the lowlands of the Indian subcontinent in South and East Asia. The range, which lies on the boundary between Nepal and China, is home to many of the planet’s highest peaks, including Mount Everest. There are more than fifty summits in the Himalayas.
