Tamannaah Bhatia’s Parents Travelled With Her For First 9 Years
First, the journey with Tamannaah Bhatia began while driving around Lower Parel. We jumped from one topic to another when Kamiya pointed out that Tamannaah had started working at the age of 13 and a half or 14 years old. She was curious to know if it was acting Tamannaah wanted to pursue all along, since her childhood days. Not to mention that she also went to a school, Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School in Mumbai, which consisted of actors.
Tamannaah Bhatia replied, “Yeah, I always wanted to be an actor.” Because she chose a career path that demands physical, emotional and mental space a little too much, we also wanted to know if her parents were supportive of her career decision. Her father knew from the beginning that she wanted to be an actor and was always supportive of it. Whereas her mum was a little worried as she cared too much for her baby girl.
Tamannaah Bhatia revealed to us that her parents travelled with her everywhere for the first nine years of her career. She is indeed very thankful to her parents and said that she can never pay them back for looking out for her during those early stages of her career. She continued that her mum dedicated a large part of her adulthood to her brother and her while her father would tag along sometimes due to his working schedules.
Her Mum Makes Her Yummy Aloo Tuk and Sindhi Kadhi Chawal
We got to know Tamannaah Bhatia’s favourite food items are Aloo Tuk and Sindhi Kadhi Chawal. When she returns home from her travels, she craves her favourite food items which are Aloo Tuk and Sindhi Kadhi Chawal. Whenever her mum asks what she wants to eat, this combination is her go-to. Our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani, is also Sindhi and she agreed that this combination is close to every Sindhi’s heart.
Tamannaah is a foodie and she enjoys eating. She loves to relish every food item and is a true foodie, even though she follows strict diet regimens. We got a glimpse of her being a foodie when she gorged on some delicious food items from SodaBottleOpenerWala on our Sunday Brunch episode. Watch it to witness it yourself!
