Chennai Man Stunned Seeing No Passenger Standing On Coimbatore Flight; Says, “No Rush, No Chaos”

Sometimes travel throws surprises that stay with us forever. Whether it’s trains or flights, we usually see people rushing, crowding, and jumping up the moment we land. But a recent domestic flight to Coimbatore offered the complete opposite—a rare display of calm, patience, and zero chaos from passengers. It was so unexpected that it instantly turned into a memorable moment. Scroll down to know what happened!

A Rare Display Of Calm On A Coimbatore-Bound Flight

A Chennai resident, Kirubakaran Rajendran (@kirubaakaran), was recently on a domestic flight to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, where he experienced an unusual incident. He took to his X handle to share that not a single passenger stood up after the aircraft landed. Everyone remained seated until the cabin crew opened the doors. This rare moment of discipline impressed him so much that he felt compelled to share it online.

While posting pictures of passengers calmly seated, he wrote, “When landed in Coimbatore and not a single person stood up before the gate opened. Nobody jumps up. No rush. No chaos. Discipline level. First time seeing this on a domestic flight.”

Netizens Impressed With This Display Of Civic Sense

The post quickly went viral, and many netizens were impressed by the lack of chaos among passengers on a domestic Coimbatore flight. Here’s what they wrote—

One user wrote, “I wish we saw this at every airport and on every flight. I still don’t understand why everyone is in such a hurry while boarding when we’re all on the same plane. After landing, whether you’re on the second or third bus, we still wait at the same baggage belt and see the same people who boarded first. So why the hurry?”

Another X user commented, “In Delhi, people stand up even before the flight has landed fully.”

A user added, “Actually, people from Coimbatore are very polite. I have observed that.”

One of the netizens wrote, “I don’t understand why people rush. Anyhow, they need to wait for their baggage to come. Airlines must also make some changes while boarding. They can ask passengers to board zone-wise, and the same can be followed.”
