Good news for people in Telangana, the weather is all set to get a pleasant nip in the air as the seasons transition from monsoon to winter. The India Meteorological Department or the IMD has predicted that rains in Hyderabad will cease after Friday, October 25, 2024. Here are all of the other important details that you would need to know about the upcoming weather in this beautiful Indian state.
Telangana Weather Update: Monsoon To End After Oct 25
According to an article which was recently published by The Times Of India or TOI, certain regions in Telangana will witness temperatures between 18° Celsius and 20° Celsius. These are Kamareddy, Nizamabad, Medak, and Sangareddy.
This is as per data from the Telangana State Development and Planning Society or TSDPS cited in the TOI article. As per an IMD official cited in the article, the temperature will not drop to 17° Celsius or 18° Celsius until we’re well into December.
Officials have also stated that days with colder temperatures may be scarce given the rise in global warming. All in all, it is expected that the weather in and around Hyderabad is going to be quite pleasant in the coming days.
Average Temperature To Range Between 20°C To 25°C
Regions like Nalgonda, Wanaparthy, Hyderabad, and Jogulamba Gadwal will see temperatures between 20° Celsius and 25° Celsius during the night. However, it is important to note that during the daytime, the temperatures will continue to remain quite high.
It is predicted that during the day, the temperatures may be around 38° Celsius. It is hoped that citizens will nevertheless be able to enjoy the transition. A few weeks ago, Hyderabad was pelted with extremely heavy rains and the city of pearls experienced quite a bit of waterlogging.
