  • The cooking procedure in the video begins with boiling pork meat in a pot of water.
  • The cook adds a bowl full of red spices, salt, a huge chili, and 3 tomatoes cut in halves.
  • The next step is to let all the ingredients in the pot boil nicely.
  • Once everything gets cooked well, you need to stir everything and give it a nice mix.
  • Then, the cook takes a wooden hamandista and adds the boiled tomatoes to it.
  • In the boiling pot of pork, the cook adds the tomato paste.
  • The next step is to add water to it and let it boil.
  • The last step is to add a few more spices to the pan.
