And it was revealed on Wednesday, May 29, that this iconic ante building in Dubai is now officially part of the Dubai World Trade Free Zone. It was revealed on Wednesday that the One Za’abeel, which is an iconic cantilevered building on Sheikh Zayed Road of Dubai has now officially become a part of the Dubai World Trade Free Zone. What this means is that all the companies and organisations in this new landmark will have access to the privileges offered by the free zone authority. Yes, in a report by Khaleej Times, it was mentioned that these benefits have been specified in Decree No. 18 of 2024. Yes, and these include –

Exemption from custom duties
100% foreign ownership
0% corporate tax
Dual licensing opportunities
Wide range of flexible office solutions
Simplified procedures for visas and permits

For those who aren’t aware, One Za’abeel is the office is spread across a massive 26,000 m². It has great office space and premium amenities and services.
