The 46-Km Gurugram Rewari Highway To Boost Connectivity
As per a report by NDTV, once completed, the highway is expected to reduce travel time between Gurugram and Rewari to around 45 minutes while enhancing links between Dwarka Expressway, New Gurugram, Manesar, IMT Manesar and Rewari. The improved connectivity might trigger fresh demand for residential, commercial and logistics projects, much like the popularity witnessed along the Dwarka Expressway and Yamuna Expressway in recent years.

The developers told the portal that the property prices around the highway could rise significantly as the project progresses. Areas such as Sectors 84, 88A, 89, 95B and nearby locations are likely to attract increased buyer interest as connectivity improves.
Property Rise On The Gurugram-Rewari Highway
For those aiming at long-term growth, Manesar and Rewari stand out as a result of their industrial and logistics capacity. Their closeness to IMT Manesar, warehouses and freight corridors is anticipated to drive demand for commercial spaces, logistics parks and industrial land. Not only this, but Pataudi is also emerging as a promising destination for premium residential projects.
While most experts favour residential property for end-users and long-term investors, commercial assets could offer stronger rental income for those willing to take on higher risk.
