The brand will close both locations by 15 June 2025 and invites diners to celebrate one last time with The Last Hurrah, featuring the highly anticipated Hall of Fame Menu.

The Hall of Fame Menu takes guests on a journey through Toast & Tonic’s greatest hits. Each dish on the menu has earned its place through years of rave reviews, shared memories, and heartfelt connections with patrons.

In Bengaluru, food lovers can indulge in long-time favourites like the T&T Shrimp Tempura, Fried Chicken Buns, and the beloved 3 Cheese & 3 Pepper Flatbread. Also making a return is the signature Nolen Gur Tres Leches—a dessert that perfectly blends Indian tradition with global flair.

Meanwhile, in Mumbai’s BKC outpost, highlights include the Mixed Mushroom & Burrata Flatbread, topped with tomato gojju and green mustard, and the Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, a classic comfort dish that has been on the menu since day one.

Other returning delights include the Bajra & Ricotta Gnudi and the Avocado Taco, each reflecting Toast & Tonic’s commitment to locally sourced ingredients and inventive pairings.

Raise A Glass To Signature Sips

Of course, no farewell would be complete without a nod to the bar’s masterful cocktails. The drinks list is just as memorable as the food, bringing back all the familiar favourites that helped define the city’s gin renaissance.

Highlights include The Herbalist, with coriander-orange ice, the cinnamon and pomegranate-infused British Raj, and the Jalapeño Margarita for those who love a spicy twist. There’s also the bold Diablo, made with a bird’s eye chilli tonic that packs a punch.
