Crying on public transportation can be one of the most cathartic things to do. Almost everyone has had overwhelming moments of grief or stress and breaking points where you let it all out. Woman Does This When She Sees Strangers Crying In Mumbai Local

The post initial post on X (formerly known as Twitter) talked about how break-ups can be painful but nothing compares to when it gets so much that you break down on a public transport. Responding to this, another user mentioned how she helps such people.

She started by saying that she used to go up to them and ask if everything was alright but then she quickly realised that one wants to be left alone and needs space in such a situation. Owing to this realisation, she simply started handing her water bottle to them in quiet solidarity.

This not only relieved them of the obligation to explain themself but also helped them catch a break. The gesture is very thoughtful and sounds incredibly helpful. It lets the other person know that support is available if they need it.
