There Is A UAE App, ‘MADE’ That Helps Magicians, DJs & Creators Find Jobs In Dubai

A former banker who swapped boardrooms for Bollywood beats and birthday gigs. Meet Nizar Ahmadi, the Bahraini-Saudi entrepreneur behind MADE, a Dubai-born app giving local talent the break they deserve. If you’ve ever scrambled to find a DJ to rescue your party or a clown to stop your kid’s birthday bash from drowning into boredom, MADE might just be your new best friend.

Nizar Ahmad, after over 30 years navigating private banking, decided to make something closer to his heart: music, dance, and everything in between. That’s how MADE came to life. This platform invites performers like magicians, singers, and creators to secure a job in Dubai. No middlemen. No commissions. Just creators and opportunities.

Unlike platforms that play gatekeepers, MADE keeps it simple. All you need to do it upload a 90-second video of your performance, set up a profile, and wait for the calls to flow in. From birthday parties to big corporate bashes, MADE helps talent be seen and booked. The best part? The app takes zero commission. Every dirham earned stays with the performer, a deliberate choice by Nizar to support creators.

How MADE Works?

MADE isn’t about fancy algorithms or endless forms. It’s about making connections that count. Performers and visual artists create profiles, post their work, and interact directly with potential clients. The app has a section called “MADE to Sell” for those who create handcrafted pieces..

Businesses need a valid commercial licence to hire talent, and individuals are encouraged to meet talent in person before booking to maintain transparency. Want to hire an actor? You’re out of luck; acting isn’t part of the platform (at least for now).

Nizar designed MADE during the pandemic, when performers were struggling, and digital platforms became lifelines. His aim was clear: give artists, without agents or big connections, a real shot at finding work.

What’s Next For MADE?

MADE has already made its mark in Dubai’s buzzing events scene. Production houses have used it to hire videographers, stylists, and editors. Nizar isn’t looking to edge out agencies—he wants to work alongside them. His big vision? MADE is the go-to tool for anyone needing talent fast, from cruise ships to massive corporate events.

The app is free to download across the UAE, with options for free posts and connections each month. For those wanting extra features, a subscription opens more doors. And yes, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC are the next destination for expansion.
