Sea bass with a macadamia nut crust and lamb chops rubbed with Madras coffee and served on a bed of mushroom barley are among the menu’s highlights.

2. Kinara And Ellora By Vikas Khanna

Khanna, a Michelin-star chef, opened Kinara, a modern Indian restaurant, at the Jebel Ali resort’s JA Lake View Hotel. The baked yoghurt, kunafa dish with turmeric aioli, which reached our 50 most incredible dishes of the year so far, list features on the Kinara menu.

Celebrity chef Vikas Khanna launched Ellora in Dubai, a distinctive seasonal pop-up restaurant. It lodges at JA The Resort’s JA Beach Hotel. Tandoori pineapple with sesame curry, saffron crisp, and coconut cream, pan-seared salmon with a pistachio crust, rainbow carrot and watermelon curry, and the beloved achari lamb slow-cooked lamb with caramelised onion, Nigella-fennel mix, and seasonal green mangoes are just a few of the seasonal dishes to look forward.

4. Cinnamon Club By Vivek Singh

Vivek Singh’s Cinnamon Club has opened its first foreign location at Park Hyatt Dubai, and it sounds delicious. Indian meals with world flavours appear on the menu. Calcutta spicy crab and beetroot in chickpea batter make up the crab bonda appetiser. You may also get sourdough bread with chicken Haleem masala. Larger plates to share include the lamb Rogan josh shepherd’s pie, grilled aubergine with sesame peanut crumble, labna and toasted buckwheat, and Salli Wagyu short rib with pickled radish.
