According to an article which was recently published by News18, the cost of construction of the tower will be around ₹4,700 crores. It will be the very first tower in Latin America to employ what is known as a Tuned Mass Damper or TMD. This reduces the oscillations of the wind.

The tower is dedicated to one of the greatest Formula One drivers, Ayrton Senna, who also happens to be the uncle of the artist who will design the building. If reports are to go by, it will have an immersive space dedicated to the driver which will be open to the public.

It will have a total of 154 floors and will rise to an impressive 1,670 feet in height. In addition to this, it will also have a number of amenities like a gym, wellness centre, entertainment and gastronomic spaces and much more!
