The Forest Looks Magical During Monsoons
Ahupe is a quaint village located near the Bhimshankar Wildlife Reserve in Maharashtra. The flora and fauna makes it looks lush and green during the day, but as soon as the sun settles the forest starts glowing. This fascinating place shines during the monsoon between July to September. During monsoon, the forest lights up because of the bacterium called Mycena. Mycena lights up at places having a huge amount of moisture in the air.
