This is the genius technique of Aishu Prakash who shared a fun recipe of pink idlis that had beetroot in them. She creatively made the idli look like kids’ favourite character – Peppa Pig and they’re honestly the cutest idli you’ll ever see!
She posted the video on her Instagram page, @aishu_prakash_21, and showed the entire recipe. She peeled beetroot and used freshly squeezed beetroot juice to add a beautiful colour to the idli batter. Then, she placed the batter on the idli maker and used black cumin seeds to create Peppa’s eyes and nose. Finally, Aishu Prakash cooked the idlis and they turned out quite cute.
