Kajol isn’t just an incredible actress, but also a strict but doting mother and a self-confessed foodie. She spoke about her motherhood and love for food in a recent Curly Tales Sunday Brunch episode with our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani. Kajol said that her guilty pleasure is pani puri. Kajol Is A Bookworm And Loves To Read
If you didn’t know, Kajol is a true blue bibliophile and absolutely adores reading books. Speaking to Kamiya, Kajol said that she gave her first paycheck to her mother Tanuja. She added all her paychecks either went directly to her mother or she would give them to her. Kajol said that her mother was the one who handled everything.
Kajol added that whenever she needed something ( said which was rare), she would ask for money from her mother. Most of the time Kajol would ask for money would be to pay for her books or her library subscription. She also said that the library still has problems with her as she didn’t return many books.
Kajol Speaks About Her No-Guilty Pleasure
Kajol confirmed that she is fond of reading and spends a lot of money on them. “Books are something that are not my guilty pleasure, but my without guilt pleasure. I would absolutely and totally would pay anything at all for a book that I would like to read.”, said the actress.

When Kamiya said Kajol should have tried finding a job in a library, Kajol said that she had thought about it but she couldn’t as there would be conversation problems and she wouldn’t be able to talk. As staying quiet is like a punishment for Kajol!
