He visited one of the Dunkin’ Donuts outlets in America and ordered a cup of Pumpkin Swirl Frozen Coffee. Don’t be shocked to hear that this cup of popular beverage contains a whopping amount of sugar measuring 185g. The TikToker even took that much sugar in a cup to show the exact amount to the world. It is a bit less than almost half a glass of sugar. To specify the exact measurement, he shared that 185g sugar is 46 tsp sugar. The reality check is extremely scary!

To make the Netizens understand the shocking amount of sugar used, he shared another perspective. 14 glazed doughnuts and a cup of Pumpkin Swirl Frozen Coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts have the same amount of sugar. Focusing on the ingredients list, the TikToker mentioned that no pumpkin is even used to make the coffee. Artificial flavours and a total of 12 mentions of sugar and high fructose corn syrup are added to the list. A large cup of Pumpkin Swirl Frozen Coffee contains about 930 calories and 194g carbohydrates.
