Maharaja Lounge At Delhi Airport
The Maharaja Lounge is already open at Bengaluru airport, and now it’s going to open at Delhi Airport’s Terminal 3. Although the airline has not announced an exact date, Mint reports suggest that the Maharaja Lounge is all set to arrive at Delhi Airport’s Terminal 3 in December 2025. The space will welcome first-class and business-class passengers, along with eligible Maharaja Club members. promising an exclusive and luxurious experience.
In addition, Air India is also planning a new domestic lounge for Terminal 3. This new service is expected to open in the second half of 2026. Speaking to Mint, Air India CEO Campbell Wilson said that this lounge is part of the airline’s refreshed global lounge network, spanning Bengaluru, Delhi, New York, and San Francisco.

Other Air India Lounge Projects
Other than the Delhi airport lounge, we also can’t wait to see Air India’s other lounge project. The airline is upgrading its international lounges as well. Work is underway at New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport, with completion expected by March 2026. The San Francisco lounge is also being built and is targeted for February 2026. Bengaluru Airport’s Air India lounge is already open to passengers.
Air India’s Bengaluru Maharaja Lounge in Terminal 2 offers plush seating, free food and drinks, quiet workspaces, fast Wi-Fi, power outlets, shower facilities, flight assistance, and attentive staff. Members and eligible passengers can enjoy a luxurious, peaceful space to relax or work before departure, with premium service, elegant decor and comfort. Air India is also upgrading its onboard services. A new food and beverage menu is rolling out across international flights. The domestic menu will be updated by January 2026, isn’t it exciting?
