For citizens of the GCC nations, the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Tourism has unveiled a new visa programme. New rules will allow inhabitants of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to apply for an eVisa through Visit Saudi’s online site. For entry into the kingdom, GCC citizens can use the “Visit Saudi” website to apply for an electronic tourist visa (eVisa). Let’s find out more about this amazing service. 

All About These E-Visas For Saudi Arabia

Travellers can enter the nation for tourism and Umrah with the SAR300 visa, which comes in single- and multiple-entry variants. In addition, according to a statement, nationals of 49 countries may get electronic visas for Saudi Arabia.

According to the new legislation, UK, US, and EU citizens will be allowed to apply for a visa upon arrival. It is still possible to apply for a visa on arrival if you have a current tourist or business visa from the US, the UK, or another Schengen Agreement nation. However, as long as you have already used it at least once to visit the country issuing the visa.

A Step Towards Increasing Tourism 

The extension of visas on arrival and the new eVisa announcement make it simpler for travellers to enter Saudi Arabia.
