In American Airlines’ flight AA 2860, a man was allegedly caught vaping by the flight attendant in the restroom. The passenger, however, accused the flight attendant of assault. Kobe Peter Nguyen (@kobe pickleball) was flying with American Airlines recently, and he got into an argument with a flight attendant on board. He recorded the incident and posted about it on his Instagram handle. The video begins with the passenger saying, “I was actually sitting on the toilet and you were opening the door.” She replied, “I don’t care. You can keep saying you’re sorry, but I care about all these passengers.” The man was allegedly vaping inside the lavatory of the flight.
The argument continues with the man saying, ‘I got it, I got it.” Meanwhile, the flight attendant says, “So, it will be on you, and I see you’re recording. But you’re not allowed to do that,” while trying to snatch the phone from the man’s hand.
This action by the flight attendant triggered the passenger, and he accused her while continuously saying, “Did you put your hand on me? She just put her hand on me.” Another flight attendant intervened and defended her colleague, saying, “No, she didn’t.” The passenger kept accusing the flight attendant, saying that she put her hands on him and tried to grab his phone. He further added that he is a lawyer and has 25,000 followers on social media.
The video continues with the passenger confronting the flight attendant and pointing out that she is not supposed to touch a passenger. He further adds that he will call the police once the flight lands. He also declared in front of other passengers that the flight attendant “assaulted” him.
