Dhurandhar 2 Lyari Bungalow Location Revealed! Hamza’s ₹20 Crore Home Is Actually In THIS City

Dhurandhar 2, or Dhurandhar: The Revenge, officially released in theatres on March 19, 2026. Since then, the film has been making headlines across social media. One thing that has impressed viewers in the second part is the luxurious bungalow of Hamza and Yalina in Lyari, Karachi. Lavish Lyari Bungalow In Dhurandhar 2

Dhurandhar 2 craze has made fans notice even the smallest details. Apart from the acting, one thing has recently grabbed attention. It is the lavish bungalow shown in Lyari, Karachi, belonging to Hamza aka Jaskirat Singh Rangi (played by Ranveer Singh) and his wife Yalina (played by Sara Arjun). Following Rehman Dakait’s death, Hamza gains immense power and buys the lavish villa for Yalina.

But the luxurious bungalow is not in Karachi. The house featured in the film is in Amritsar, Punjab. The house was designed by 23DC Architects and is named ‘Ananda’. The architects also took to their Instagram account (23dc_architects) and shared that they are delighted to see their project featured on the big screen in this cinematic masterpiece.

This ₹20 Crore Mansion Blends Modern Design With Nature

The house looks beautiful, right? It is a blend of modern architecture and nature in one frame. According to Hindustan Times, the designers built the house keeping landscape preservation and Indian aesthetics in mind. There are many open spaces, including courtyards and gardens. The bedrooms are spacious. There is also a spiral staircase that is a standout feature of this home.

The stone sculptures, glass walls, doors, plants, and manicured lawns make the home look luxurious. But it is not crowded with decor. The minimal decor feels aesthetic, too.  The bungalow has gained immense popularity.
