The 68th Annual Grammy Awards, hailed as “music’s biggest night”, took place at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on February 1. The event brought together a lot of music industry professionals. Many people were curious about the winners and awards. But many foodies also wanted to know what was on the plates that night. So, without further ado, here is the Grammy 2026 menu, and trust us, your mouth will water just reading about it.
Menu At The Grammy Awards 2026
Food was an equally important part of the annual Grammy Awards. The attention was not just on performances and trophies, but also on what the stars were eating. Just like every year, the 68th Grammy Awards featured a carefully curated food and drinks menu. The menu was planned by Levy Restaurants in collaboration with the AEG-owned venue. The focus was on small, flavourful plates and compact dishes so guests could enjoy everything with ease.
Across the arena’s premium zones, the menu was influenced by Latin American flavours. According to MoneyControl, guests were served a bold snack mix featuring Tajín-dusted Corn Nuts, Lime-Salted Popcorn, Chilli Dried Mango and Doritos Chile Limón Dinamita.
A Botana Board was also served. It featured Mole Verde, Mole Rojo and Mole Negro. The shareable board also included Longaniza Sausage, vegetarian and pork belly chicharrón, Plantain Chips, roasted garlic white beets and fruit escabeche.

Luxury Dishes & Comfort Bites
The menu became more elaborate in the luxury suites. Guests were served tortilla kabobs, Código-lime marinated chicken and more. The dessert stole the show. It was Crema Cacao, finished with shaved Abuelita chocolate. At The Delta SKY360° Club, guests were served “On Sen Ramen” devilled eggs.
After the ceremony, the Grammy 2026 menu shifted to comfort bites. There were Manhattan Chicken Bites, Dirty Martini Fries, Smoked Salmon Cannoli and Sweet Pea Ravioli with Carbonara Mousse. According to MoneyControl, bars across the venue served exclusive cocktails. These included Wild Flower, Chocolate and Orange Manhattan, and GRAMMY 68, along with Champagne and themed signature drinks.
As per Billboard, cheese sculptor Sarah Kaufmann carved a 600 lb block (272 kg approx.) of New Mexico cheese to resemble piano keys, trumpets and other musical elements. These carvings were later used to make artisan grilled cheeses for the event. Sounds amazing, right?
