The make-up artist Ankush Bahuguna recently talked about his experience in London with text “Homophobia on the streets of London”. In the video, he was wearing a full pink three-piece outfit and looked absolutely handsome in it. But as soon as he started walking on the streets, the comments he received were heartbreaking. In the video, we can hear people yelling, “Welcome to the Parade,” and more people joining in and hooting.
He continued the video, sharing his emotions and said that people in London were openly passing homophobic comments, even in 2026. He faced this situation just because he decided to wear pink. He also added that since it is London, people would expect it to be progressive and modern, which was not the reality.

This Is Not The First Time
The make-up artist in the video continued that he wanted to respond but felt intimidated by so many people yelling. In the video, he also mentioned that this is not the first time people have passed such homophobic comments. It has been happening since the morning he stepped out wearing the outfit.
Each time he walked past a group of guys, he faced a similar situation. He also revealed that some girls commented, saying they loved his outfit and called it a “men-only problem.” What shocked him the most was that even kids were passing such heartbreaking comments. In the end, he shared that he wished to respond to those people, but since he is in a new country, he also had to be concerned about his safety.
