Are you someone who is constantly on the move, trying to discover new countries or cities? If your answer is ‘yes,’ then you will be pleased to know that AirAsia X, which is a famous Thai carrier, is now operating new routes. Yes, you can now fly directly from Bangkok to Riyadh with AirAsia X, and here’s all you need to know about this development.

AirAsia X Now Flies Between Riyadh And Bangkok

As mentioned in an announcement by the airline, AirAsia X now services Riyadh and Bangkok with direct flights. Yes, the passengers will be able to depart from the King Khalid International Airport, which is in Riyadh, at 9:35 PM. After this, they will arrive at 8:45 AM the following morning. As evident from the information given, this journey would take seven hours and 10 minutes. However, the return flight will take eight hours and 20 minutes, which would run directly by leaving at 4 PM and arriving in Riyadh at 8:20 PM.

The Route To Be Operated By Airbus A330

It should be noted that this new route is being operated by AirAsia X with the help of their Airbus A330 aircraft. This aircraft has a capacity for 285 seats, and it includes 30 lie-flat Business Class seats. And of course, there are 255 economy class seats. It should be noted that the ticket prices only include seven kgs of carry-on luggage. So, if you are looking for a spontaneous journey, this airline is perfect for you.

Four Other Routes Were Introduced

At this point, it’s worth noting that the airline recently announced that not just Riyadh, but it will also be starting other brand new routes. Yes, they have also introduced four weekly flights to Sendai, which is in Japan and four weekly flights to Almaty, which is in Kazakhstan. The Thai AirAsia (FD) will fly to Udon Thani four times a week and to Luang Prabang–Hanoi. All five inaugural flights have been welcomed warmly at the airports, thereby boosting connectivity for the travellers of this airline.
