Public Advised To Maintain Caution
Members of the public have been advised to exercise caution when they go to the mountains and rugged areas. This is especially true for the summer season, as temperatures are high during this time. It is important to take all the necessary preventive and safety measures before one ventures into the remote mountainous region so that injuries, heat-related illnesses, and other health complications can be avoided. This is not the first rescue; the RAK Police have previously rescued several others who have been stranded in the mountains while trekking.
With Ras Al Khaimah Police always ready to rescue the stranded, it is due to their efforts that one feels at ease.
