The video, which is now going viral on social media, shows a passenger performing a religious ritual inside an air-conditioned train coach. In the clip, he can be seen sitting on the upper berth after lighting an oil lamp (diya) and incense sticks while offering prayers.
The fellow passenger filming the video repeatedly asked the man to stop the ritual and extinguish the flame. He also said that the act could trigger the train’s fire alarm. The passengers kept telling him that this could put other people’s lives in danger.
