With 1,560 Residential Units, BEYOND Developments Launches ‘The Yards’ Project In Dubai

BEYOND Developments is a Dubai-based developer that hardly needs any attention. And it has now unveiled ‘The Yards,’ which is a masterplanned destination. It is in the City of Arabia, which is Dubailand. This development will be home to about 1,600 residential units, and here’s all you will want to know about it.

Spread across 2136,77 million square metres of the gross floor area, ‘The Yard’ project is about AED4 billion. The Mediterranean-inspired masterplan is expected to feature a one-kilometre-long green spine. Yes, as revealed by Zawya, about 70% of its total area is dedicated to the open landscape here.

They Have Launched Arancia Yards

For those who are interested, the developer launched the masterplan’s first residential cluster, Arancia Yards. It consists of 272 residences, which are across three low-rise buildings. Moreover, the cluster will have 4,200 sqm of landscaped sunken garden. Not only this, but the amenities also include rooftop terraces and over 2,000 sqm of retail and food & beverage space. This is a significant inland Dubai destination, which reflects the company’s broader strategy. It offers human-scale and nature-grade residential living.

As mentioned in a report of the Gulf News, the site is directly connected to Dubai International Airport within 25 minutes. And the Al Maktoum International Airport is within 38 minutes, which reinforces the strategic position of both airports.

The Developer Announced Evermore In Ras Al Khaimah

Just a few months ago, they announced the launch of Evermore in Ras Al Khaimah. Valued at over AED25 billion, this covers an area exceeding 7 million ft.². It marks the first fully integrated destination on the Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah.

So, with the launch of the new residential unit in Dubai, it does look every bit impressive.
