Turkey & Syria’s earthquake has moved each and every nation with the serious degree of devastation caused by the catastrophe. The earthquake was called to be the biggest with 7.8 magnitudes. The casualty rate has surged to an unbelievable count. Many countries came forward to provide relief aid to the people suffering post the incident. Saudi & UAE Came Forward To Help Turkey


Saudi Arabia launched a campaign to assist Turkey and Syria through its “Sahem” platform and authorized an air bridge to deliver aid. Syria will receive $13.6 million in humanitarian aid, according to the UAE. The Syrian people in need have received immediate humanitarian relief, according to UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Adana Airport in southern Turkey received the first jet from the UAE that was “bringing search and rescue troops, crews, and medical equipment.”

The nation also intended to create a field hospital in Turkey and dispatch search and rescue teams, along with emergency help and urgent relief supplies, to Syria.

GCC & Middle Eastern Countries That Provided Relief Aid To Turkey

According to the Qatari government, relief planes were being operated in Turkey to carry search and rescue personnel, automobiles, a field hospital, tents, and other equipment.
The charity, sponsored by Qatar, reported that it was delivering 27,000 hot meals in Gaziantep, Turkey, where it maintains an office, and that it was also providing food to shelters there and in Syria.

For the initial phases of their response, the group set aside $6 million. The cash-strapped government of Lebanon sent firefighters, Red Cross and Civil Defence first rescuers, and troops. Libya announced that it will send a 55-person team to aid with rescue operations. The squad would consist of four dogs, rescuers, and medical personnel.

The Taliban government in Afghanistan will provide Turkey and Syria with aid totalling roughly $166,000. It is assisting in the recovery after this week’s deadly magnitude 7.8 earthquake.
