The star-studded night countdown started with a press conference that took place in Mumbai. The previous year’s host, Salman Khan and other celebrities from B-town made an appearance at the venue.
The upcoming edition of IIFA 2023 would be hosted by Farhan Akhtar and the last year’s hosts Maniesh Paul accompanied by Abhishek Bachchan. Salman Khan handed over the baton to Farhan after a heartfelt experience of hosting last year. But he will surely be present at the award ceremony taking a seat among the audience.

Apart from the award ceremony, IIFA also hosts a concert that is labelled as IIFA Rocks. This year the singers like Sunidhi Chauhan, Nucleya, Amit Trivedi and many more will set the stage ablaze. Bollywood directors, Karan Johar and Farah Khan have been roped in to host the musical night.
