UAE Weather: NCM Warns Residents To Gear Up For Hotter Days

UAE residents, listen up! The National Center of Meteorology has predicted hotter days with temperatures hitting a high of 47 degrees. A four-day weather forecast has also been revealed, and weathermen have warned residents to gear up for peak summer.

The National Center of Meteorology has issued a weather warning in the UAE today. Temperatures are likely to hit 47 degrees on Sunday and residents are advised to watch out.

Weather authorities have warned that condition in the UAE will range from hot to very hot today, 30 June. However, those in Fujairah will enjoy a fairly cloudy and chill weather.

Winds at a speed of 18-28 km/h, reaching up to 38 km/h can be expected at times during the day. The maximum temperature recorded across the Emirates will range between 39- 47°C. The minimum temperature is expected to be between 30 – 34 °C. Meanwhile, the Arabian sea and the sea of Oman are expected to remain calm.

The National Center of Meteorology has also released a four-day weather forecast. Weathermen have predicted hotter days ahead with temperatures spiking in most emirates. Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi will experience a high of 45 degrees while temperature are Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain will range between 43-35 degrees.

Mountainous areas like Fujeirah and Al Ain will remain relatively cooler at 35-37 degrees.
