When you think of jail food, you can almost picture the watery gravies slopped atop mushy rice and dry chapatis. So there’s definitely a notion that jail food doesn’t taste pleasant. Well, this is not the case at Uttar Pradesh’s Fatehgarh district jail which has received a 5-star rating by India’s Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) for its food. Yes! Fatehgarh District Jail  Gets 5-Star Rating For Food

According to a PTI report, Fatehgarh district jail has been certified as Eat Right CAMPUS as per the guidelines of FSSAI. With an excellent written on the certificate and 5-stars granted for its delicious and hygienic food, it’s definitely grabbed the eyeballs of foodies. FSSAI has given it the thumbs up for its food quality, purchase of ingredients, well-dressed staff and cleanliness.

What’s On The Menu?
