CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Recalls His Humble Schooling Days
When asked about schooling life, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami revealed that he studied in a government school from childhood, as the conditions were quite basic, similar to what was happening everywhere at that time. Even during the cold winter days, he had to walk 5 kilometres on foot to reach school. He further added how using slates for studying was very common in those days, a far cry from today’s digital classrooms. There were no tiffins back then. Later, when school hours started getting longer, we would have potato snacks, roti, or paratha—whatever was available, he shared further.
