Vikas Khanna Considered This Skill A Superpower As A Kid

A day with Vikas Khanna will undoubtedly be filled with delectable food. They chose a cheesy pocket Kulcha from Pet ki Baat to begin their food tour of Mumbai. Evidently, he was familiar with the shop owner and the struggle she endured while raising her children, who had a muscular disability. He seemed genuinely happy to meet her, and called the dish “Dil ki Baat.”

As soon as we finished eating there, we got to know how he first discovered his love for cooking. He revealed how he used to visit the gurudwara regularly as a kid and participate in sewa. While watching people make gol rotis there, he figured that if he was able to make such gol rotis as well, he would certainly become a superhero. That’s an amazing superpower to have, isn’t it?

Vikas Khanna and Kamiya Jani continued their food adventure at a Chinese eatery. They even switched to the game “Chatkare with Hajmola” to make things more entertaining. During this flavourful conversation, Vias Khanna stated how thecha is the most revolutionary invention in Maharashtrian cuisine, and we couldn’t agree more. He clarified that thecha is actually fresh sriracha, to put it more accurately. Thoughtful formulation, though! The chef truly demonstrated his love for this hot condiment by adopting an exotic stance.
