It’s no secret that Vikas Khanna, India’s Michelin star celebrity chef, loves travelling and food. Recently, Vikas Khanna was seen cooking Amritsari Kulchas during his visit to the city. The chef is emotionally connected to Amritsar and it’s food scene and his latest Instagram reel is proof of the same. Well, it’s always a delight to see the chef whip up his magic. Vikas Khanna Prepares Amritsari Kulcha At A Dhaba In Amritsar
Vikas Khanna recently took to Instagram and shared a beautiful reel from Amritsar. The reel opens up with the star Chef exploring the city. You then see him visiting a streetside dhaba. The chef greets the cook of the dhaba happily and then indulges himself in a little cooking spree. And what better than whipping up some Amritsari Kulchas in Amritsar right? The Preparation
In the reel, you see him working on the dough first. The chef is seen rolling out the dough and stuffing it, before putting it in the tandoor to cook. Later the reel shows the chef gorging on the delicious kulchas with daal. His caption reads, “Almost 40 years ago, I used to practice making Kulchas on the streets of Amritsar. Whenever I go back to the same places, they will always request me to make one. I think I still got it.”
