A video recently went viral on Instagram which featured a chef. No, the video was not a recipe video. The video features Singapore’s chef Aman who has set up a street stall in Mohali’s streets. She sells lip-smacking Punjabi delicacies on the streets. You can relish a healthy fulfilling Vegetarian Thali for just ₹80. The menu changes every day except for the Kadhi. Her little stall serves authentic Punjabi dishes like Rajma Chawal, Aloo Mattar, White Chole, Black Chole and so on. The stall also offers a Chicken Combo Thali for ₹150.
The stall opens every day at 12 pm and runs till 3 pm when all the food gets generally over. You can visit this stall in Sector 91, Near N.P Tower in Mohali and relish some amazing and affordable Punjabi food.

The Wish To Start Her Own Business
Aman, a professional chef from Singapore, started her own business by opening this stall 6 months ago. She studied Fashion Technology and then went to Singapore to study Hotel Management. She has been a university topper too. She always wanted to start her own business but never got an opportunity to do so. She worked at various places but somehow did not wish to continue them.
Her business by far is doing very well, so much so, that she also supplied food to the PTC channel which surely is an achievement for her stall. Customer satisfaction has always been the motto of her business. Many customers have tried her food and appreciated it. She is very happy with the success of her stall and wishes for its continued growth.
