Beginning on October 29, Vistara will offer daily nonstop service between Delhi and Hong Kong. On this route, the airline will fly its A321neo aircraft with a three-class layout. Bookings for the flights are gradually opening through all available channels, including travel agencies.

CEO of Vistara Vinod Kannan stated that they are pleased to include Hong Kong in their rapidly expanding global network. One of the most important financial and commercial centres in the world, Hong Kong continues to get a sizable amount of business travellers from India. Indian tourists have found it to be a very popular resort as well. They can now provide their customers with direct access to and from three of the biggest financial centres in the world—the others being London and Singapore—thanks to the arrival of Hong Kong.

All passengers who meet the entry and visa criteria of both countries, as set forth by the relevant government organisations, will be accepted by the airline. According to airline executives, Vistara strongly advises its clients to thoroughly grasp these policies before making their reservations.

Officials in Hong Kong launched a drive to boost the city’s nightlife to increase its appeal and revitalise an economy that has been devastated by years of economic isolation. Financial Secretary Paul Chan announced the campaign, dubbed “Night Vibes Hong Kong,” which will comprise three nightly bazaars at waterfront locations close to Victoria Harbour at a televised ceremony that also featured a neon dragon dance and rollerblade performers.

The campaign is the most recent in a string of initiatives that have so far failed to promote the city and boost spending. Before the formal announcement, Simon Wong, head of the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades, claimed that special events would be conducted in a few pubs, clubs, and tourist destinations like Ocean Park and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.
