A Youtube video by food blogger @foodyvishal tells the story of a West Bengal man who sells momos in Faridabad in an innovative way. After not finding a proper place to set up a stall in the local market, the street food vendor came up with a unique solution to solve his problem. He created a makeshift cycle-momo shop. Yes, you read this right. His momo-shop-on-the-wheels has a steamer placed in a bucket at the back of his cycle. A label “Garam Momos” ( Hot Momos) on the bucket, informs people what they must look forward to.

Vegetarian Momos Priced At Just ₹40 Per Plate
The vendor from West Bengal has been in Faridabad for the past 4 months. He juggles a job and also sells momos to make a living. Folks can gorge on a plate of steamed vegetarian momos for just ₹40 for a full plate of 12 momos, or take a half plate costing ₹20 for 6 momos. It’s served with a dollop of spicy chutney and mayonnaise. His innovative way of selling momos on a cycle is an interesting jugaad, which is praised by netizens.
