These newcomers join a diverse array of established F&B brands at East Boulevard, including Bosporus, Five Guys, Starbucks, Hoof Café, Moon Slice Pizza, and Origami. The boulevard also houses a variety of retail stores and services, including Spinneys, Carrefour, Maple Bear Nursery, Mumuso, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and the Artal fashion outlet, as well as pharmacies, salons, florists, and dry cleaners.

Recent developments in the adjacent East Village and Nest residential communities have expanded the open leasable space by 80%. This has created a welcoming, pedestrian-friendly environment along the boulevard. It has an estimated population of 70,000 upon completion. Also, it will include a catchment area spanning Sharjah City and much of northern Dubai. Retail, leisure, and entertainment form integral components of the Aljada master plan. Overall, it will feature over 7,500 finished residences and an array of amenities. The amenities include the SABIS International School-Aljada, Wellfit flagship gym, and Zad food truck park. Also, adding an Aljada Skate Park, the megaproject offers an unmatched lifestyle amidst verdant green landscapes.
