Recently, a series of bizarre incidents took place at Lohgaon Airport in Pune. A woman supposed to travel to Delhi from Pune on an IndiGo flight allegedly assaulted two co-passengers. In addition to this, she even slapped a CISF official during the boarding process at the airport. According to several reports, the passenger also bit the security personnel’s hand.
Police stated important information about these bizarre happenings at Pune airport. Police shared that the unexpected episode unfolded in front of everyone at about 7:45 AM on August 17. The woman slapped and bit the security official when passengers were boarding IndiGo Flight 6E 5261 from Pune, according to a report by India Today.
The woman flyer assaulted and attacked two co-passengers on the flight. They were already sitting in their seats when the woman attacked them. People were shocked seeing everything happening in front of them and cabin crew members had to step in.

Priyanka Reddy and Sonika Pal from the CISF team rushed to the location to manage the unforeseen incident at Pune airport. Multiple reports stated that the woman flyer allegedly slapped CISF Constable Priyanka Reddy and bit her hand when they tried to oversee the chaos on the IndiGo flight.
Later, the team escorted her from the plane. Also, her husband was flying with her and he was asked to get off the flight too. They were deboarded and handed over to the Pune airport police authorities.
