Digital creator Renuka Salunke has often impressed her followers with unique dosa recipes. From Bread Dosa to Pav Bhaji Dosa, she has mastered the art of adding different flavours to the good ol’ dosa! This time around, she has shared the recipe for Maggi Dosa. Unlike the many videos on the internet, she did not use cooked noodles as stuffing inside the dosa. Instead, she added ground noodles and the Maggi masala in the dosa batter.

Now, her recipe has left the internet divided. On one hand, people are talking about how unhealthy this dish is and how she could have simply used maida to make the dish. People even mentioned how adding Maggi to an otherwise healthy dosa is simply not right. On another hand, people are calling her ‘Queen of Dosas’ and have showered her with praises for this “tempting and delightful” recipe.

How To Make This Unique Dosa At Home

Now, if you’re one of those people who are tempted to try something new in the kitchen each time, then here is a breakdown of Renuka Salunke’s Maggi Dosa recipe.

Ingredients:

Maggi
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp semolina (rava)
Chopped onion
Tomato
Green chilli
Ginger
Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Maggi Masala
Fresh coriander leaves
3 cups water
Oil or butter

Method:

1. Take one pack of Maggi and in a blender, grind the noodles.
2. Place it in a bowl and add rice flour, rava, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli, and ginger in it.
3. For the spices, add a tsp of chilli flakes, one packet of Maggi Masala, and salt to taste.
4. Then, add some chopped fresh coriander along with 3 cups of water to it.
5. Mix it till you get a slightly runny batter.

6. Grease your tawa with some oil or butter and cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
