  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • Salt

Method:

  • Start by making the batter to bake yummy cookie cups. Take a bowl and whisk some softened butter with brown sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Once whisked, add hot milk and once again mix the ingredients till you get the desired fluffy consistency.
  • After the buttery mixture is ready, add all the dry ingredients one by one. Add flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips and mix all these into a nice dough.
  • In the next step, take a muffin tray or any mould and grease it well.
  • Add the cookie dough to the tray and keep a bit of it aside for the next step.
  • Press in the centre for indents on the dough and fill those scoops using Nutella.
  • Use the left dough to cover the Nutella layer and close the edges properly.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes at 170°C. Once you get the desired brown shade and the cookie cups become fluffy and soft, switch off the oven.
  • Once the baked delights are ready, garnish them using chocolate and some sea salt.
