World’s First Guitar-Shaped Hotel Is Now Open For Reservations!

A guitar-shaped hotel was recently opened in Hollywood, Florida, the construction of which costed $1.5 billion. The hotel is a Hard Rock property, which was inaugurated last month and is now open for business!

It took almost three years to build the Hard Rock Seminole Hollywood. This engineering marvel is 450 feet tall and has around 638 new luxury guest rooms. Walk in, and you’ll notice that this gorgeous hotel is designed around the curves of an electric guitar.

Jim Allen, the Chairman of Hard Rock International ended up having a conversation with his architect and thought that it would be a great idea to build a hotel that was shaped like a guitar. After 12 years of that initial thought, the  hotel finally opened for guests after a grand opening that was witnessed by some of the biggest names in Hollywood and a music performance by Maroon 5.

What All Is In Store?

Apart from the shopping arcade, the Hard Rock Seminole Hollywood has 19 restaurants that will cater to every kind of dining experience. If you are looking at being in the heart of Hollywood and indulge in a pampering session, that’s well catered to as well. The 32,000-sq-foot Rock Spa & Salon Oasis will make sure you are at ease.

The hotel also houses a state-of-the-art live entertainment venue that has a seating capacity of 6,500 guests. The aim is to host various live acts, award ceremonies that can accommodate a large gathering of people quite easily. For the water babies, there is a 13.5 acre blue lagoon that they can relax in.

If you want an extravagant end to the year, the bookings for New Year’s Eve are still open. From December 27 onwards, it is priced at $549 (₹40,000) per night and for December 31 at $1299 (₹92,000) per night. And if this is ‘slightly’ out of your budget, you can include it in your bucket list and stay here when you make a trip to Hollywood next year.
