Zara now has online shopping and we just can’t keep calm! The brand earlier had stores across the city and now, customers can shop online too. The website is available in English and Arabic versions, and payment can be made by card or cash on delivery. Customer can pick from a range of men, women and kids wear on the site.
Home delivery will be charged at AED 25 per order. However, if your bill exceeds AED 200, then your shipment will be delivered free of cost. As for the return policy, you can take up to 30 days to decide if you like the product or not. In case you want to return it, you can do so at a Zara store or courier it to the mentioned mailing address.

After months of speculation, Amazon has finally entered the UAE market. While Souk was the online go-to for UAE residents, Amazon’s launch will now give shoppers access to products on the company’s US website. And the biggest plus- your goods will get delivered at the same speed.
Shoppers can choose the store, place the order and make the payment by card, or choose cash-on-arrival. As for the delivery, Amazon offers free next day delivery on orders above AED 100 as well as free same-day delivery to certain areas in the city. The website also has an Arabic version and a mobile app, making it more accessible to the locals.
