15 Restaurants On Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, Get Recognition At The Michelin Guide Dubai 2023 Awards

We all know how important and prestigious the Michelin Guide awards, the star, and recognition are for any restaurant. Well, it looks like the efforts of some restaurants on the Palm Jumeirah have finally paid off. About 15 restaurants on Palm Jumeirah got recognition in the 2023 edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide Dubai. While some restaurants received their second star, a few received their first Michelin star. 

Palm Jumeirah Restaurants Recognised At Michelin Guide Dubai 2023 Awards

Trèsind Studio and STAY by Yannick Alleno, two of Palm Jumeirah’s most coveted restaurants, each received two Michelin stars in this year’s guide.

With creativity and culinary showmanship, Trèsind Studio has elevated Indian cuisine to a new level, earning it two Michelin stars. As a result, it became the second Indian restaurant in the world  to receive two Michelin stars. It is also the first in UAE.

The restaurant’s immersive degustation menu offers a captivating, intimate dining experience, attracting gourmands from all over the world.

STAY by Yannick Alleno, a representation of French culinary excellence, has won over customers with its exquisite food, sumptuous setting, and first-rate service. Stay by Yannick Alleno, which adheres to the maxim “less is more,” serves flavorful French cuisine, earning the eatery this year’s two Michelin stars.

A Hub Of Culinary Experiences

For their exceptional attention to the quality of the ingredients, the harmony of the flavours, the personality of the chef in the cuisine, the cooking methods, and the consistency of the dining experience, four additional Palm Jumeirah restaurants—Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Hakkasan, Ossiano, and Torno Subito—have each been awarded one Michelin star.

The Bib Gourmand award, which recognises excellent, welcoming meals at a reasonable price, was given to Ibn Albahr at Club Vista Mare.

Eight more eateries, including Ariana’s Persian Kitchen, Jaleo, La Mar by Gaston Acurio, Estiatorios Milos, Ruya, Akira Back, Little Miss India, and Nobu Dubai, received the honour of being Michelin-selected.

The fact that the Michelin Guide Dubai continues to honour the many restaurants on the Palm Jumeirah is simply amazing. It is a testament to the area’s dedication to becoming a hub of culinary excellence. This also strengthens Dubai’s reputation as a premier dining destination.
