The Tipsy Kalakhatta surely sits on top of the list. It has been inspired from the famous concoction Kala Khatta served on the beaches of the city. But here’s the twist – it is infused with vodka, kala khatta syrup, lemon juice, crushed mint leaves, orange juice and cumin cocktail spice.
The drama comes in form of a jar filled with smoked and citrus-flavoured dry ice, placed next to the drink, which imparts it with lemony notes.
