Merex Investment implemented a strategic leasing plan in the past two years. This plan aimed to align City Walk with the changing preferences of its discerning customers. Currently, City Walk has dedicated zones for car enthusiasts. It also boasts an improved and diverse food and beverage selection. Additionally, the destination offers state-of-the-art health and wellness facilities. Significantly, a substantial 70 percent of the new stores will grace the prominent City Walk Boulevard. Shahram Shamsaee, CEO of Merex Investment, noted the evolving customer base.
