7 Indian Haunts Made It To The World’s Most Legendary Restaurants; Check Out The List!

Indians love nothing more than their food. Every time our cuisine gets global recognition, we can’t help but feel extremely proud. And why shouldn’t we? The extensive cuisines from various parts of the country deserve all the love they get for those mouth-watering flavours. Taste Atlas recently released an expansive list of the 150 most legendary restaurants in the world, and guess what? Seven Indian restaurants made it to this amazing list. This list consists of some of the most popular and extraordinary restaurants from all around the world, and some of our favourite spots found a place on the list as well. Read on to know which Indian restaurants were included:

Indian Restaurants In Most Legendary Restaurants List

On the 11th position in this list is the iconic Paragon in Kozhikode. Serving exquisite Malabar cuisine ever since 1939, this restaurant is truly spectacular. Their biryani was declared the best dish at the restaurant, and we can’t wait to try it. The legendary Tunday Kababi in Lucknow rightfully sits in the 12th position, and we can all guess why. Their melt-in-the-mouth kebabs are a perfectly cooked masterpiece that everyone must try once in their lives. 

The 17th position was bagged by Peter Cat in Kolkata for their unique kebabs, loved by everyone. A delight for all NCR folks, the beloved Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba got the 23rd position for their buttery and delicious aloo paratha. The simplicity and perfect flavours of this dhaba are unparalleled. 

Serving the most delicious South Indian delicacies for decades now, nothing compares to the authenticity of Mavali Tiffin Room in Bangalore, ranked 39th. On the 87th position is Karim’s in Delhi, known for its button korma and other Mughlai delights. Ram Ashraya in Mumbai bagged the 112th position on this list of the most legendary restaurants in the world, and we couldn’t be happier.l
