Yep, you read that right- it’s AED 1200 for a TOAST! But this is no ordinary toast- it’s extravagant and smells nothing but luxury.

The Toast Is Made With The Most Expensive Toppings
The AED 1,200 toast has four slices of rustic Spanish crystal baguette lubed up with unique smoked virgin olive oil and layered with expensive toppings. It has 100g of 99’s signature fatty tuna tartare, 75g of Hokkaido’s popular sea urchin, uni, and a plentiful 30g spoonful of Kaluga caviar. Now with all this on the toast, it does sound luxurious right?
However, this toast was not created overnight! Pedro and Fernando De Leon, the founders of the 99 Sushi brand, visited the UAE from Spain, and with UAE’s star chef Ruben Guerrer, they developed this toast.
